I JUST WANT TO BOOK A STAY WITHOUT A RETREAT, IS THAT OK?
Yes. Some of our guests are just looking for a relaxing place to stay.
Do you offer custom retreat packages?
Yes! If you don't see an exact blend of wellness sessions or an ideal retreat length, just contact us and we'd be happy to build you a quote.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Unfortunately, we are a pet-free site.
Is smoking allowed on the property?
No, we are a 100% smoke-free property. We do allow vaping outdoors only and away from windows.
Which airport is the closest?
Victoria International Airport.
Can I bring my child?
We are an adult-oriented retreat and our suite only comfortably hosts 2 guests at a time. We do allow 1 teenager (accompanied by 1 adult). No children 12 and under.
Do I need a car? Or is UBER Available?
It is ideal to have a car. Although, transportation needs depends on the length of your stay and the nature of your trip. If you are planning to visit nearby restaurants, parks or tour the island then it would be important to rent a car. Uber is not available in our area (yet). If you prefer not to drive and plan to stay mostly on-site, we can arrange transportation with L A Limousines or you can call a cab.
How far is the beach from the Suite?
There is a beautiful beach at East Sooke Park: Aylard Farms entrance. It is about a 4 minute drive. We don't suggest walking there.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payment is accepted via Canadian e-transfer or credit card via our online processor.
CAN I PAY FOR MY ACCOMMODATION UPFRONT AND THEN MY RETREAT PACKAGE LATER?
At the time of booking, you can book and pay for your nightly accommodation only if you like. Retreat packages will need to be selected and paid for at least 2 weeks in advance (more time may be needed if you want private chef services). Items from our in-suite menu can be paid upon arrival.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the beginning of the rental period are refundable (less a $50 administration fee). Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to the beginning of the rental period will result in a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check in date. Refunds will only be provided to the same credit card where payment was made. No-shows on the reservation date are treated as guest cancellations, and no refunds will be made.
We strongly recommend that all guests obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance coverage to cover these charges in case of a cancellation.
