The Amazing East Sooke Regional Park is truly a hikers/explores paradise! And it's only a 5 minute drive from our accommodation. As you enter this protected coastal landscape you will find 1,435 hectares of natural beauty. This rainforest park offers an abundance of hiking trails, beaches, tide pools & the ancient history of the Coast Salish people.
East Sooke offers an atmosphere of remoteness while being only 20 minutes from Langford and 45 minutes from Victoria B.C.

Vancouver Island has brought me much healing in my life. I find the magnificent beauty and grounding environment of the East Sooke area to be very condusive to fostering this inner connection especially for those living busy lives.
True Healing Ocean Retreat was born out of my vision to create a space for others to come find rejuvenation, well-being and the support to reimagine their lives in a way that aligns with their heart & soul.
Through many years of training and my own healing, I have developed skills & mindsets to support my life & overall wellbeing that I am excited to share with you. These amazing practices have helped me regulate my nervous system, step out of my comfort zone to build my big dream & heal my energy. It is an absolute honour to share these incredible transformative practices with my retreat guests & coaching clients who are also going after their big dreams.

"Look no further for your Vancouver Island accommodations. Loretta’s place is brand new, spotless, with a view that looks like the photos. It was in a great location between Victoria and some great west coast hikes. We got to pack in activities like Butchart gardens, visiting the iconic beaches, and return each day to a cozy home. Waking up on the first morning and brewing fresh coffee to sip on the deck was a highlight of the trip. Loretta herself is a delight. It’s clear she works hard to make sure guests are comfortable— and we were from check in to check out! She has many wellness services and amenities to share- my husband really enjoyed a reiki session with her. Loretta ensures you know they are available but isn’t pushy at all.
