Contest Retreat Package cannot be exchanged for money.
Retreat Credit must be used during stay, any unused credit will be rendered invalid upon checkout.
Retreat Credit cannot be used in combination with other promotions.
Retreat Credit must be used directly through True Healing Ocean Retreat.
Retreat Credit must be used by March 30th 2025. Retreat Credit expires thereafter.
This credit cannot be redeemed at any other resort and cannot be used towards a pre-existing booking.
The retreat credit must be used in a single stay. If the value of the credit exceeds the total value of the stay, there will be no refund or credit for the difference.
Yoga & wellness services: guests are required to fill in and sign a waiver and agreement for their participation prior to sessions. Waivers will be provided on site for your privacy.
Retreat credit for wellness services should be booked well in advance and is subject to availability.
Food credit is only valid during stay. We cannot accommodate all food sensitives and cannot guarantee allergen free. Pre-made meals provided by holistic chefs will require guests to cook/heat properly to ensure food safety. We are not liable for foods.
Blackout Periods: All long weekends, Christmas Eve to New Year’s Day and any other dates already booked/unavailable.

Maximum retreat guests is 2 adults. Valid identification may be requested for verification upon arrival.
Vacation Rental agreement must be signed and all suite rules must be read and agreed to prior to arrival. We will email you the agreement once you confirm your booking. No children, No pets, No smoking, No parties at any time on the property. Must follow all suite rules during stay.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We are not responsible for any scammers pretending to be us. We will NEVER ask for your credit card information. So if anyone contacts you please be cautious and report them immediately.
Cancellation policy: Must cancel at least 4 weeks in advance to avoid losing the Retreat Credit. Cancellations made with less than 4 weeks notice will result in a lost retreat credit.
Winner Selection & Announcement: Contest entry closes on March 29th 2024. One winner will be selected at random and posted on March 30th 2024. The winner will be tagged on the post revealing who has been selected for the giveaway retreat credit on March 30th 2024. The winner’s handle will be seen publicly on Instagram. The winner will also be Private Messaged on Instagram on March 30th 2024. The giveaway prize must be accepted by the winner by May 30th 2024 or they will automatically forfeit the retreat credit.
