
Refund Policy
Retreats & Stays:

Our cancellation policy for direct bookings is as follows for the accommodation portion:

Full refund 30 days prior to check in date minus an admin fee (to cover credit card fees).

50% refund 14-29 days prior to check in.

No refund less than 14 days prior to check in.
*Please note if you have booked on Airbnb or VRBO see the cancellation policies on those sites.
For the retreat package & wellness services:
You can pay for services and packages at check in. However, if retreat packages or services are paid in advance, a full refund prior to check in minus a small admin fee (to cover credit card fees) will be given.
For food:
Pre-ordered food can be refunded fully as long as I haven’t given it to you yet or thawed items out you request thawed prior to arrival. Thawed foods are not refundable. But again, frozen items can be paid upon check in, so no need to pay in advance.
Our Wix Spaces App Membership:
​All membership fees are non-refundable. If you don't send your payment on time, you will be permanently removed from the site. Should you wish to cancel your membership, reach Loretta to do so. Email.
