Loretta Langille

Before getting fully into the coaching & healing space, I worked as a dental professional for 14 years. During this time I found myself feeling stuck, burnt out, in chronic pain and disconnected from myself. I often wondered if there was more to life. Even though on the surface it appeared I 'had it all’; it didn’t feel that way. My soul was calling me to awaken to something more. In 2012, I decided to take a leap of faith and made a major career change amidst raising 2 young boys. During this time of personal transformation, I leaned heavily on several holistic modalities to help me reconnect with myself and discover a new fulfilling path. My path has unfolded better than imagined especially as I have learned to trust myself and the universe more fully. In 2016, my journey as a Professional Coach formally began. I had found my professional calling and the more I leaned into it, to more my vision began to expand. My cross country move to Vancouver Island in 2020 to build my vision, True Healing Ocean Retreat, is a testament to my commitment to following these calls inside myself. The journey to building my dreams wasn't always easy! I faced many fears, worked through limiting beliefs and developed my self- confidence. Since opening the doors to True Healing Ocean Retreat in fall of 2023, I am grateful everyday for the work I get to do with my retreat guests and continued to walk along side my online coaching clients who are also bringing their dreams to life! I love supporting my clients to heal their energy, follow the callings inside them and shine their light! I understand that in order to truly thrive we need to shift out of ‘stress mode’ and get back into our natural state of being, so I bring a holistic lens to everything I do.
