1. All members and participants on this website, do so at their own risk. All users agree to hold Loretta Langille and her business True Healing Ocean Retreat harmless should they suffer any injuries, death or if any information shared on this site or the video content is harmful in anyway to their mental, physical or emotional well-being. All users commit to taking personal responsibility for their own well-being.  All members of the Wellness Lived Community agree to sign the participation waiver prior to using the member section of this site.

2. All users of this site agree to be respectful and kind to the other members. Inappropriate or aggressive behaviour may have you removed from the site without a refund.

3. All dues are to be paid monthly and on time. If you miss a payment you will be contacted with a reminder to pay, If no payment is made within 24 hrs, you may be removed from the site.

4. All videos and resources on this site are for members ONLY.  Copying, sharing and recording are all strictly prohibited! All materials and videos on this site are protected by copyright law.

5. No results are guaranteed and no suggestions are considered expert advice. Some of the yoga instruction, recipes shared and other things on this site might not always be what is best for every user, their medical health and wellness. Again, all users are strongly urged to listen to their bodies, follow their doctor's orders, and not do anything that doesn't feel right to them regardless of what might be suggested on this site.
