Included in this package is a 2 hour "Intentional Clarity" professional coaching session, two 1 hour coaching sessions to support your goals, nervous system regulating techniques to help you align with your dream and a 75 minute healing session (mix of massage (head or foot), sound healing & reiki). Followed by: 2 online post-retreat integration sessions to support your follow through once you're back home.
